Job Summary
Oversee operational aspects of projects focusing on part procurement and tracking, serving as the liaison between project management, planning, engineering, global supply chain, and line management. Conduct CAM duties including forecasting invoices, managing procurement budgets, and generating EVMS reporting on cost or schedule issues. Assess procurement challenges such as long lead items and alternate approvals to develop resolutions meeting program goals. Monitor project progress, facilitate communication between supply chain and engineering, and resolve supply chain hurdles through part substitutions or expediting approvals. Forecast invoice timelines, chase delays, and address SPI/CPI discrepancies regarding part procurement. Collaborate with teams to direct procurement duties from released engineering artifacts to ensuring kits are ready for installation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Masters Degree
- in-lieu of degree with 6 years' experience
- Experience in Project/ Program Management
- Experience in Business Management
- Experience in Price/Cost
- Experience in Finance
- Experience in Data Analytics
- Experience in Subcontracts
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company
- U.S. Citizenship
