Job Summary
Assess current Standard Operating Procedures to establish diagnostics for improving productivity, quality, consistency, and cost efficiency. Autonomously identify operational pain points, process gaps, and recurring issues, then act as a bridge between Operations and departments like Quality, IT, and Sales to drive solutions. Maintain a list of priority projects, coordinate stakeholders, and track implementation progress while deploying best practices across teams. Implement reporting tools and KPIs to monitor performance, analyze data for trends and root causes, and summarize actionable results for management. Provide on-site support for selected audits in factories and participate in client or operational meetings to gather feedback and support issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in operations, project management, operational excellence, or continuous improvement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across teams and functions
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Interest in fieldwork
- Fluency in English
