Operations Project Consultant - Enterprise Correspondence Operations - Bilingual Spanish

Job Summary
Execute test scripts and track defects for system conversion and collateral projects, while preparing data and validating changes across various collateral types. Analyze current state processes to identify pain points, develop business cases for improvement, and coordinate with stakeholders to measure progress against success metrics. Manage project documentation, perform risk management activities, and communicate updates to leadership to drive change execution. Requires 2+ years in data analytics with XML, bilingual Spanish proficiency, and experience with Octane, JIRA, and SQL Server Studio. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of defect management and tracking experience
- 2+ years of data analytics experience with Extensive Markup Language (XML) data files
- Bilingual Spanish - both oral and written proficiency
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management testing methodologies
- Knowledge and experience with Octane, JIRA, SQL Server Studio, Test plan/scripts, test execution, reporting
- Familiarity with letter / disclosure / Monthly Statement development
- Product Knowledge: Home Loans, Consumer Card, Deposit Products, Merchant, Consumer Vehicle
