Job Summary
Execute test scripts and track defects for system conversion and collateral projects, including data prep and validation across various collateral types. Analyze current state processes to identify pain points, develop improvement approaches, and build business cases for implementation. Coordinate with senior management to evaluate methods and drive change execution, while managing project risks and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Provide daily updates to stakeholders and leverage business knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement within Home Loans, Consumer Cards, and Deposit Products.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of defect management and tracking experience
- 2+ years of data analytics experience with Extensive Markup Language (XML) data files
- Bilingual Spanish - both oral and written proficiency
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management testing methodologies
- Knowledge and experience with Octane, JIRA, SQL Server Studio, Test plan/scripts, test execution, reporting
- Familiarity with letter / disclosure / Monthly Statement development
- Product Knowledge: Home Loans, Consumer Card, Deposit Products, Merchant, Consumer Vehicle
