Job Summary
Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution; develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ownership assignments, and reporting structures; ensure critical initiatives remain on schedule and obstacles are identified and resolved quickly; support executive leadership with materials, reporting, presentations, and analyses for leadership meetings, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions; monitor operational performance metrics across stores, districts, and regions and manage Weekly Business Review reporting; identify performance trends and risks requiring leadership attention; assist in developing scalable systems and processes and coordinate cross-functional efforts related to new store openings, conversions, and operational transitions; build operational reporting and KPI dashboards; engage in corporate development activities including acquisitions, due diligence, and integration as needed; thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and demonstrates strong organizational and execution-oriented leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of operational leadership, project management, consulting, business operations, or related experience.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
