Operations Program Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end operational planning for new, transfers, and customer orders by developing programs and projects schedules from initiation to completion. Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to drive schedule adherence, resolve blocking issues, and maintain material readiness dashboards. Monitor build progress, reduce WIP aging, and coordinate containment actions for production issues while tracking KPIs and reporting to the Operations Director. Ensure on-time shipment, manage Engineering Change Orders, and analyze cost variances to support efficiency initiatives. Execute operational readiness for new product introductions, including qualification builds and manufacturability feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Program or Project management within a Semiconductor or High-Tech manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or PMP (Project Management Professional) / Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, ISO standards, production planning, Lean Manufacturing principles and any other Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize manufacturing operations
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage projects, influence cross-functional teams, and drive results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and senior management
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges and make quick, effective decisions
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring that program details are managed with accuracy and precision
- High energy with the desire to drive change and create a world class manufacturing operation
