Job Summary
Operations Intern to support the Operations Programs team in Milan: assist with daily operational activities, data entry, workflow monitoring, and the creation/maintenance of standardized reports and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making. Analyze operational data focusing on performance and financial aspects, review and document internal processes (SOPs) with suggestions to increase efficiency, and act as a backup for day-to-day operations and project tracking. Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Finance to support well-structured processes. Requires a Master’s degree in a related field, with interest in data analysis and tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; fluency in Italian and English; and the ability to work independently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment in Milan.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- genuine interest in data analysis
- experience or familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (preferred)
- strong organizational and presentation skills
- effective communication in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage tasks independently
- enjoys collaborating in a team environment
