Operations Program Engineer/Analyst

Coordinate action plans, manage projects and implement strategies across multiple functions and teams. Actively participate within Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to ensure seamless transition of new models or engineering changes into production, including MRP, sourcing, capacity, lead times, tooling, product costs, and logistics. Identify program risks and develop strategies to meet objectives, coordinate supply actions, and negotiate with Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, MED, and Aftermarket to achieve requirements and delivery dates. Provide program status, escalate issues, and support senior leadership in communicating Operations issues with customers. Implement timely new program sourcing, establish tooling strategies, manage budgets for Engineering and Start-up, and coordinate cross-unit support for OEM upgrades, short ships, returns, and campaigns. Engage directly with OEMs to address production and delivery questions with clear plans and timely solutions. Review Engineering Changes, Red Flags, and escapes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management and 5+ years of experience; knowledge of SAP and PLM; ability to solve complex problems, communicate clearly, and lead projects; PMP accreditation is an asset. The role is in a French-speaking environment with strong English proficiency required for daily documentation and communications with international customers and colleagues.
