Job Summary
Manage order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment while performing daily tasks like cleaning jewelry, transferring merchandise, and handling repairs. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports to assess accuracy and report discrepancies. Partner with client advisors and management to respond to service requests, follow up on assistance, and optimize store amenities based on feedback. Collect data during client interactions to cultivate relationships and support commercial targets. Work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to connect with our clients
- Organized and detail oriented
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
