Job Summary
Operations Processor, Senior Associate responsible for acting as process owner for a functional area in processing transactions, reviewing documentation for accuracy and timeliness, identifying workflow issues, analyzing metrics, preparing and communicating reports on quality and volumes, maintaining control documentation, coaching teammates on processes and quality standards, and participating in special projects. Requires a minimum of two years related experience; high school degree or GED required with undergraduate degree or equivalent strongly preferred. Role is within Vanguard’s hybrid working model based in Malvern, PA. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
