Job Summary
Operations Process Analyst at Center Parc Credit Union. Full-time, Exempt. Serves as the centralized resource for process management and coordination across departments, updating procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency. Partners with IT to explore process automation, collaborates with training and DX for program validation, maintains governance and controls, creates and analyzes operational reports, and supports communication with leadership. Travel overnight to other APCU locations as required (approximately 5%). Demonstrates analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills, and upholds BSA/AML and OFAC regulations while supporting member experiences across locations.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, operations management, a related field, or 2 years of process optimization work experience in lieu of degree
- 5 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry
