Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management in a global electrical solutions context. Partner with executive leadership to align project initiatives with strategic priorities, define scope, budgets, staffing, and risk, and execute plans to deliver on time and within budget. Drive cross-functional collaboration, establish governance standards, monitor performance with metrics, and mentor project teams to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence. Leverage Lean or continuous improvement methodologies to optimize efficiency and outcomes. Willingness to travel up to 15% is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred)
