Job Summary
Lead and build U.S. operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality; drive plant launch and startup success; translate global strategy into regional execution while maintaining alignment with global standards. Own the P&L, manage budgets and capex, and drive productivity, cost, and efficiency improvements for a manufacturing site to be determined. Oversee end-to-end supply chain and quality, ensure regulatory and customer standards are met, and support industrialization and successful launches of new products and technologies in the U.S. This role is based at the London head office with occasional travel to other sites, and will involve leading and developing manufacturing, supply chain, and quality functions in the U.S. and globally.
