Job Summary
Design and lead strategic transformation initiatives to drive operational efficiency and execution across the North America Services organization. Work directly with VP-level leaders to shape operational strategy, engage stakeholders in Services, Regional Strategy, and Finance to execute high-visibility projects, and support scaling business operations through forecasting. Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and refine market models to capture growth rates by sub-segment while documenting current processes to develop ideal future states. Identify, track, and distribute key economic and technology trends to senior leadership. This role prepares candidates for future operations leadership opportunities within Vertiv Services, a trusted provider for Fortune 500 companies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of strategy, financial modeling and/or LEAN transformation experience
- Demonstrate problem solving and change management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities with broad business acumen
- Well-developed leadership practices and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates proactive, outcome-driven high sense of urgency
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
- 25% time travel
