Operations Planner

Job Summary
Conduct workload planning meetings and develop end-to-end plans for initiatives across the national clinic network, documenting activities, timelines, owners, and required effort. Track progress on multiple projects, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and maintain action registers to ensure follow-up with owners. Coordinate information across Operations, Category Heads, BDMs, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Education, and IT to align competing priorities and escalate blockers. Support the Operations Working Group by capturing learnings from rollouts and contributing to communications cadences including weekly BDM updates and monthly meetings. Ensure all activities comply with legislative requirements and company standards while maintaining professionalism with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in workload planning, project planning or project coordination, ideally from planning through to execution
- Strong experience maintaining action registers, tracking deliverables and following up action owners
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with trackers, data and planning tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
- A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to get up to speed quickly without needing significant direction
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to create clarity and structure in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to build strong relationships and confidently follow up with stakeholders to keep work moving
- Previous experience in communications
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation content creation skills
