Job Summary
Own operational performance by continuously assessing team capabilities, identifying gaps, and implementing initiatives that raise standards across every sport. Design and deliver engaging training programmes, from classroom sessions to practical simulations, while coaching operators through live events and personalized development plans. Prepare teams for future launches by leading readiness programmes for new sports, products, and workflows. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing incidents and performance trends to optimize processes and automation. Operate independently to create initiatives that improve quality, consistency, and confidence within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience operating complex technical broadcast, live production or sports technology systems under pressure
- A deep technical understanding of live operations and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues confidently
- Exceptional communication and coaching skills
- A proactive mindset - you don't wait to be asked. You identify opportunities, create plans and execute them
- The confidence to challenge existing ways of working while bringing people with you
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across different sports simultaneously
- A passion for helping others improve and creating high-performing teams
- 100+ days of international travel per year
- Hybrid (UK) location
Desired Qualifications
- Experience launching new operational workflows, products or sporting events
- Knowledge of sports tracking, broadcast graphics or real-time production systems
- Previous experience leading technical workshops, bootcamps or internal academies
