Job Summary
Operations & People Manager for five McDonald’s restaurants across Bridgewater, Liverpool, Barrington Passage and Yarmouth NS. Responsible for creating a culture of respect, leading people development, and ensuring McDonald’s Standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Leads onboarding and development of restaurant leadership, uses analytics to build strategic plans, manages the P&L, and partners with Owner Operator & Director of Operations to achieve objectives. Trains management on critical restaurant systems to maintain QSC and food safety, supports local and national marketing initiatives, and drives business results while prioritizing people. Requires frequent travel between Bridgewater and Yarmouth; hybrid work arrangement. Job focuses on leadership, coaching, operations excellence, safety and brand integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize long-term sales and profit potential.
