Job Summary
Operations Partner (PT) supports daily operations at Rock City Gardens by directing guest traffic in parking areas, maintaining trails/grounds, and ensuring a clean, safe, and attractive environment. Responsibilities include opening/closing trails, restrooms upkeep, guiding guests, assisting with special events setup/breakdown, and providing directions or information. Key skills include excellent guest service, effective communication, outdoor/workplace safety, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires a valid driver’s license and comfort working outdoors in varied weather.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in grounds maintenance, facilities, operations, or related environment
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record for partner 18 and over
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions
- Regular use of hands and fingers; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
- Excellent guest service and effective communication in one-on-one and small group settings
