Job Summary
Direct guest traffic in parking areas, maintain grounds and facilities cleanliness, and ensure a positive guest experience throughout Rock City Gardens. Open and close trails daily, monitor guests for directions or assistance, and service restrooms on schedule. Assist with equipment setup and breakdown for special events at Grandview, Pavilion, and Carter Cliffs. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions required. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record required for partner 18 and over
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions
- Regular use of hands and fingers
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in grounds maintenance, facilities, operations, or a related environment preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a commitment to excellent guest service
- Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
- Ability to perform basic math functions using units of American money
