Job Summary
Lead and coach a team of Administrative Business Professionals in Boston to deliver high-quality executive and administrative support to senior leaders. Balance hands-on delivery (70%) with people management (30%), overseeing complex calendar management, travel planning, expense processing, and cross-timezone logistics while aligning team practices with PSD standards. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners (People & Culture, Finance, Procurement, IT, Facilities, Legal/Compliance, Communications) and drive continuous improvements in local business-support delivery using enterprise tools and AI-enabled technologies. Comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment and able to manage competing demands, events, and high-visibility activities, including leadership meetings, forums, offsites, and other high-profile activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 9+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years in executive support, administrative operations, office management, or business support within a complex organization
- Direct people-management experience including coaching, performance management, feedback, and development planning
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed, and high-discretion environment
- Strong calendar management, meetings, travel, events, and stakeholder demands
- Proficiency with enterprise collaboration, communication, and productivity tools
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and influencing skills
- Ability to work across global time zones and occasionally outside standard business hours
