Flexible on-demand contract role performing apartment inspections before check-ins and after check-outs, documenting unit condition with photos, handling key pickups/drop-offs and simple delivery tasks, and performing basic fixes and troubleshooting (e.g., WiFi or access issues). Independent, reliable individuals who follow instructions, stay active, and can work across the city with attention to detail will thrive. Strong fit includes field operations/property management backgrounds, delivery/logistics experience, and handyman skills; must be able to lift ~30 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools.
