Operations Partner - Detroit - MI

Independent contractor Operations Partner in Detroit, MI responsible for managing the local fleet of Bird e-scooters and e-bikes, including fleet transportation, end-to-end operations, and ensuring vehicles are charged, safe, and positioned to meet community needs. You may operate as a solo operator or fleet owner, with options to use your own warehouse/space for overnight charging or to transport vehicles to Bird's central warehouse. Must own or have access to at least one large vehicle (van/truck) and hold a valid Class 5 (or applicable commercial) driver’s license with a clean driving record. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible weekend availability, and comfort with new mobile tools. Strong knowledge of Detroit geography and the ability to manage field operations and maintenance checks to ensure safety and environmental responsibility.
