Operations Partner - Columbus, OH

The Operations Partner will work with Bird's local City Operations Manager to manage Bird's e-scooter fleet in Columbus, OH, ensuring vehicles are deployed to designated locations, parked safely and compliantly, recovered for charging or maintenance, and rebalance across high- and low-demand areas. Responsibilities include deploying vehicles, maintaining safe and approved parking, charging and maintenance coordination, fleet monitoring via mobile technology, and ensuring a safe, environmentally friendly scooter is readily available nearby. The role requires a doer attitude, strong time-management and execution skills, clear communication, and the ability to learn new tools. This is a full-time contract position with independent contractor status, where you manage your own schedule and tools, and are responsible for expenses.
