Job Summary
Operations Partner drives operational excellence and performance across franchise organizations within a designated market, acting as primary business consultant and operations expert for franchisees; responsibilities include assessing and improving operational performance, conducting business reviews, ensuring adherence to brand standards (food safety, cleanliness, maintenance), implementing system-wide initiatives, coaching and training restaurant teams, onboarding new franchisees, and leveraging data to track KPIs (e.g., ACR, SOS, OSAT) to inform decision-making; requires strong analytical, financial acumen, and communication skills, with willingness to travel within the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in multi-unit management within QSR, retail, or a similar industry.
