Job Summary
Independent contractor Operations Partner in Brampton, ON, responsible for fleet transportation, end-to-end operational management of e-scooter/e-bike portfolio, light field maintenance checks to ensure safe and environmentally friendly vehicles, and real-time problem solving to meet community transportation needs. You will leverage your own large-vehicle fleet (van/truck) and storage space for overnight charging, manage schedule and workload, and apply local Brampton geography knowledge to maximize coverage and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Must own or have consistent access to at least one large vehicle (van/truck) suitable for transporting multiple scooters/bikes
- License: Valid Class 5 Driver's License (or applicable commercial license) with a clean driving record
- Storage space to charge vehicles overnight is highly preferred (garage/warehouse/commercial facility with electricity)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly; able to stoop, bend, walk, and stand for long periods
- Availability: Flexible schedule with a willingness to regularly operate on weekends
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new mobile tools to locate and manage the fleet
- Local knowledge of Brampton's geography
