Job Summary
Provide accurate and responsive operational support across student administration services within a collaborative, team-based environment. You will help deliver student administration services that are accurate and timely, maintain records and data in compliance with requirements, and support knowledge management, process and system enhancements. The role involves contributing to improvement projects, maintaining current documentation, and working with colleagues and stakeholders across the University to ensure smooth service delivery and positive student experiences. Key skills include strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, a customer-service mindset, effective written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems. The position is based at Western's Kingswood Campus with flexible working arrangements, offering HEW Level 5 compensation and a fixed-term arrangement until mid-2027.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualification or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Experience delivering operational or administrative support in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience using enterprise systems
