Job Summary
Responsible for the fulfillment and servicing of complex transactions and investigations related to investment transfers. Use strong communication to address transfer-related matters with internal and external partners, representing RBC and its values. Apply process review and simplification to evaluate procedures and provide recommendations to improve processing time and efficiency. Deliver excellent client service, focusing on the best interest of clients and the organization, and contribute to achieving CSC/SLA commitments. Ensure processes and controls are followed, analyze non-standard transactions, and provide professional, attentive service to clients and staff. Demonstrate ownership and accountability at first point of contact with appropriate escalation as required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background with window-based computer applications such as Word and Excel with accurate keyboarding skills
- Proven analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Detail-oriented in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
- Bilingual (English and French) is a nice-to-have but can be considered as part of skill set
