Job Summary
Operations Officer (OPSO) to staff, process ETPs, manage small projects, coordinate IC and DoD operations, facilitate visitors, and manage schedules for HOC 101 and training sessions. The role encompasses program management, cross-disciplinary support across logistics, HR, security, facilities, and project management, and the development of new processes to meet location-specific requirements. The candidate must navigate IC/DoD systems, foster innovative solutions, build cooperative alliances with mission partners, and adapt to changing organizational priorities and resources. Fort Bragg on-site work is required.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the Special Operations Community
- Strong background in HUMINT
- Proven availability to develop and maintain broad networks across the IC, DoD, and USG
- Related BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
- US citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance required
