Job Summary
Oversees staffing, processes Exceptions To Policy (ETPs), manages small projects, coordinates IC/DoD operations, facilitates visitors, and schedules HOC 101 and training sessions. Provides cross-disciplinary support (logistics, human resources, security, facilities, and project management), resolves tactical issues, and develops new processes to meet location-specific requirements while fostering alliances with mission partners amid changing priorities and resources.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the Special Operations Community
- Strong background in HUMINT
- Proven availability to develop and maintain broad networks across the IC, DoD, and USG
- Related BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
- US citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance required
