Operations Officer (Census 2031) -B2

Support the development and delivery of operational readiness activities for Scotland's Census 2031. Manage time-limited project work running until 2031, with permanent contract staff transitioning to new suitable roles post-project. Collaborate on the largest digital programme in Scotland, gathering data from approximately 5.7 million households to inform public service planning and fund allocation. Work within a partnership delivering census operations alongside the Office for National Statistics and Northern Ireland Statistics & Research Agency.
