Program Manager for CDC PHIG/0D2A grants within DOH-Duval; leading grant operations, budgeting, reporting, contracts and purchasing oversight, staff supervision, development of work plans, coordination with Principal Investigator and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with federal/state requirements. Responsibilities emphasize grant management, contract management, budgeting, staff leadership, stakeholder communication, and program administration; requires supervisory experience, grant/purchasing knowledge, and leadership competencies. Travel may be required; located in Jacksonville, FL.Qualifications include extensive supervisory and grant management experience and a preferred Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience supervising employees
- Minimum three years of experience managing grant application/award processes and post award grants management
- Minimum three years of contract management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Health-related field preferred
