Job Summary
Operations Material Handler position focused on unloading incoming product, selecting and packing customer orders, and loading shipments. Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment (stand up forklifts, pallet jacks, high reach trucks), using an RF scanner, handling receiving and shipping duties, cycle counting and variance reporting, labeling and identifying products, and maintaining GMPs and SOPs. The role requires strong attendance, teamwork, accuracy in order fulfillment, and flexibility to work multiple shifts with potential overtime; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a plant environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3-6 months experience operating material handling equipment
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Ability to read, write and follow instructions while working independently
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, and evenings
