Job Summary
Analyst responsible for material movement in and out of labs to support production builds, generating serial numbers for subassemblies, organizing and verifying kits, preparing parts for use, and escalating kit shortages. Maintains labeling and staging of subassemblies, tracks movements between labs, stockrooms, and shipping docks to meet quality, safety, and delivery goals; performs transactions in corporate quality and accounting systems; supports training of lower-level staff; collaborates with lab managers, technicians, and cross-functional teams; preferred experience with Deltek Costpoint, MES, BOM, and Costpoint Manufacturing Orders; must be a US citizen and able to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of prior relevant experience in inventory management or materials management

- US Citizenship required
- Final Secret Clearance OR eligibility to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance
