Operations Manager for the Mitigation/Production-Restoration division: oversee operational activities, lead staff development, ensure regulatory compliance, develop and enforce protocols for facilities, equipment, and vehicles; drive customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth; manage scheduling, documentation, and field updates; coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and leadership; ensure safety and quality assurance across projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple people simultaneously.
- Comprehensive understanding of water, fire, mold and all restoration processes.
- Proficiency in job mgmt software, estimating platforms, moisture reporting and Google Suites.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and compliance accuracy.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
