Operations Manger

Operational leadership role directing the Production/Restoration workforce to drive customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth. Manages operational activities, staff development, compliance with legal/regulatory requirements, protocol development for facilities, vehicles, and equipment, and oversees training, recruitment, retention, and performance management of Restoration personnel. Coordinates with MUO Market Leadership, leads fleet maintenance, quality assurance, safety/risk management, vendor/subcontractor coordination, and uses job management software to schedule projects, track field updates, and ensure accurate documentation of notes, photos, and moisture readings. Strong emphasis on communication, organization, and client service with focus on leadership development and restoration expertise.
