Job Summary
Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and adherence to brand standards. Lead, coach, and support department managers across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance while monitoring guest satisfaction scores and implementing service improvements. Address guest concerns promptly, manage staffing levels and scheduling, and review operational reports to support business goals. Serve as Manager on Duty for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires previous front office leadership experience and flexibility to work any shifts.
