Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day mitigation operations for water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses; manage and support mitigation supervisors, project managers, and field technicians; ensure jobs are executed according to IICRC standards, safety regulations, and SOPs; schedule crews, equipment, and resources to meet response time and production goals; monitor job progress, quality control, and customer satisfaction from start to finish; review scopes of work, estimates, and documentation for accuracy and compliance; coordinate with insurance adjusters, property managers, and clients as needed; oversee equipment inventory and warehouse organization; train, coach, and develop mitigation staff; enforce safety protocols and PPE usage; handle escalated customer concerns; support after-hours/on-call rotation and emergency response planning.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience within the construction industry
- BA/BS required or equivalent experience
- Bilingual
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
