Oversee operations in disaster restoration, manage crews and subcontractors, ensure timely and profitable service delivery, mentor staff, manage CRM, respond to emergency calls, drive client satisfaction, conduct performance evaluations, and lead process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience within the Mitigation and Reconstruction Restoration Industry
- At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain high performing teams
- Xactimate estimate writing proven experience
- Industry specific certifications such as IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT and AMRT are desirable
- Possess exceptional organizational, negotiating, planning skills
