Job Summary
Lead all branch and installation operations for Window Nation's Romeoville, IL region, driving exceptional customer experiences, operational efficiency, and profitable growth. Oversee installation execution, team development, financial performance, and process improvements; recruit and lead high-performing teams; build strong relationships with customers, installation partners, and internal stakeholders; implement standard operating procedures and scalable processes; foster accountability, safety, quality, and service excellence across the branch.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, construction, home improvement, or related industry.
- 4+ years of progressive leadership experience with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable business results.
- Valid driver’s license.
