Job Summary
Operations Manager role overseeing Williams Machinery branches in Prince George and Terrace, BC. Focus on managing service, parts, yard, and building maintenance; driving profitability and customer experience; leading recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management; ensuring safety and HR compliance; and coordinating with departments to optimize rentals and safety training services. Requires post-secondary education in a relevant field, strong leadership and team-building abilities, customer-focused problem-solving, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel regionally (including to the US). The position is based out of Prince George with a 40-hour workweek, and periodic travel to Terrace and other branches.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Previous experience delivering results as a service manager and/or operations/branch manager
- Based out of Prince George office with travel to Terrace and other local branches; 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
