Implement safety protocols to ensure regulatory compliance, analyze production data to identify improvement areas, and collaborate with engineering and quality departments to resolve production issues. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of manufacturing operations experience, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Compensation ranges from $109,000 to $158,000 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
