Job Summary

Guide and develop non-clinical hospital teams including CECs, scribes, and inventory coordinators through recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management. Oversee daily operations, team scheduling, financial reporting, and inventory processes while holding daily huddles and monthly meetings to align clinical and non-clinical staff. Foster a unified culture by monitoring key performance metrics, managing inventory budgets, and assisting leadership with HR issues and succession planning. Engage with customers for post-visit follow-ups and partner on local marketing efforts and community events to strengthen referral relationships. Work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
  • 2 years of leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a hospital environment
  • Experience with scheduling staff
  • Experience with recruiting
  • Experience with training
  • Experience with budgeting
  • Experience with facilitating developmental meetings
  • Experience with performance management
  • Experience with building high-performing teams
  • Advanced knowledge of computer programs
  • Advanced knowledge of practice management software
  • A clear communicator
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Willingness to work in a noisy environment with strong or unpleasant odors
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating or as needed basis based on hospital needs
