Job Summary
Lead daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring accountability and exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate on budgets and strategic goals while partnering with Sales & Marketing and Finance teams. Streamline workflows, coach managers, and develop long-term operational strategies. Oversee customer-facing operations, maintain safety standards, and seek efficiency improvements. Communicate key initiatives to staff to foster a welcoming environment throughout the facility. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of diversified operational leadership experience
- Experience developing and improving operational processes and systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience managing multiple departments and operational functions
- Must have the ability to pass a background check
