Operations Manager

Oversee and grow the Edmonton branch operations for Westerra Equipment, including service, parts, and rentals, and lead a high-performing team to deliver efficient, profitable results. Build and develop teams through hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning; foster a safe, inclusive, customer-focused environment; drive high-quality customer experiences across departments; engage with customers to understand needs and identify opportunities to grow business relationships. Manage financial performance, including budgets, revenue, and profitability targets; drive productivity to meet key metrics; partner with HR on people practices and workforce planning; uphold company values and safety standards. Requires post-secondary education in a relevant field (asset) and experience in a Service Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager role. Some travel to local branches and to the US may be required.
