Job Summary
Develop and execute the branch business plan aligned with company objectives while owning the P&L, revenue, and profitability. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and set quarterly net sales targets. Optimize inventory, resources, and operational processes to improve financial performance and monitor key metrics including NSLI, installation FPY, and backlog conversion. Build and support a high-performing installation team focused on one-day installations and foster a safety-first culture ensuring compliance with all regulations. Serve as the primary link between branch operations and division leadership to ensure alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Industry knowledge and a proven track record of success in the Construction and Home Improvement industry
- Demonstrated ability to analyze multiple ever-changing data points to develop strategies to overcome obstacles and keep the promises of our company to our customers
- Relentless focus on customer service
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
