Job Summary
Monitor operations performance and technical aspects of water-only and water-ice refill stations to ensure a safe, efficient environment. Perform supervisory duties for assigned personnel, evaluate employee performance, and identify training opportunities. Lead technical operations by resolving high-level station issues and maintaining a station maintenance program. Oversee collection procedures, assist with marketing programs, and manage vehicle maintenance and organization. Ensure market employees follow safety protocols and communicate sales trends and competitive information to improve performance. Requires evening and weekend response availability, on-call rotation, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean motor vehicle record with a valid driver license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capable of climbing ladders, walking, standing, stooping and bending
- Able to work safely in limited space inside water and water-ice refill stations
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to work required schedule and to work on-call for rotating weekends and evenings
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Intermediate electrical, maintenance or similar skills preferred
- Three years supervisory/management experience preferred
- Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience preferred
