Job Summary
Manage onboarding, coaching, and performance management for all drivers and helpers while spending the majority of the day in the field. Ensure new frontline employees receive tools, instruction, and daily touchpoints for successful daily duties. Conduct root cause investigations for injuries and incidents, review route operations documentation including DVIRs and attendance records, and visit customer sites to resolve safety issues. Maintain regulatory documentation for agencies like the Department of Transportation and lead by example to uphold safety practices and the WM Way. Requires an associate's degree or two years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in both office and plant/field environments.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (accredited)
- High School Diploma (accredited)
- two (2) years of relevant work experience
- at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- Valid Driver's License
