Operations Manager

Onboard, coach, and mentor all drivers and helpers while spending the majority of the day in the field to establish positive relationships with frontline employees. Conduct daily meetings with new hires to ensure consistent communication, review best practices to enhance performance, and address improvement opportunities through active coaching conversations. Perform root cause investigations for all injuries and incidents, document regulatory records, and audit daily route operations documentation. Visit customer sites to evaluate and resolve safety issues, teaching an understanding of the WM Way while ensuring safety practices remain paramount.
