Job Summary
Onboard, coach, and mentor all drivers and helpers by spending the majority of your day in the field to establish positive relationships with frontline employees. Conduct daily meetings to ensure new hires have tools, instruction, and feedback, while actively practicing coaching conversations and seeking feedback on your own performance. Lead by example to uphold safety practices, teach the WM Way, and perform root cause investigations for injuries and incidents. Review and audit daily route operations documentation, visit customer sites to resolve safety issues, and maintain records required by regulatory agencies. Requires an associate's degree or two years of experience, a valid driver's license, and legal eligibility to work. Base pay ranges from $68K to $85K.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (accredited)
- High School Diploma (accredited)
- two (2) years of relevant work experience
- at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- Valid Driver's License
