Job Summary
Onboard, coach, and mentor all drivers and helpers while spending the majority of the day in the field. Conduct daily meetings with new employees, review route operations documentation, and perform root cause investigations for injuries and incidents. Address improvement opportunities, teach the WM Way, and visit customer sites to resolve safety issues. Maintain records required by regulatory agencies such as the Department of Transportation. Establish positive relationships with frontline staff to ensure consistent communication and support.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree
- High School Diploma (accredited)
- two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- Valid Driver's License
